Thank you for shopping at Malanajuana! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns for defective products if you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
Items must be free of any stains, odors, or damage.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Email us at support@malanajuana.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Customer must pay return shipping
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including the original packaging and all tags.
Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@malanajuana.com with photos of the defect.
